The company
Started by a tradesman, still run by one.
Luis Loja founded this company after years of working other people's jobs and watching the same problems repeat: crews that disappeared for a week, prices that moved after the contract was signed, and finish work that nobody checked before the invoice went out.
The company he built runs the other way. Every estimate is written down before anything starts. Luis is on site, not managing from a phone three towns away. And the work gets inspected with the homeowner at the end, not declared finished from a truck already pulling out of the driveway.
Eighteen years on, most of our work comes from clients who have hired us more than once and from the neighbors they sent us to. In Westchester, that is the only marketing that actually holds up.

Craftsmanship
Preparation is where the quality is decided. Base compaction, waterproofing, priming, flashing — the parts nobody sees are the parts that determine whether the visible work lasts.
Accountability
One contractor, one point of contact, one person responsible for the result. Nothing gets blamed on another trade because there isn't one to blame.
Respect for the house
Floors covered, furniture protected, site swept every evening. You are living here while we work, and the job should not take over your home any longer than it has to.
